Pravah Collective is a family owned hospitality investment and management company that operates and develops independent hotels in Southern California. The portfolio consists of two hotels, in Pasadena and in Costa Mesa, with a specialty coffee house in development for Pasadena. The home office is in Pasadena, California.
We are a small company and we say so plainly. What we are building is a portfolio that grows one building at a time, run by people who answer for it directly, in markets we know street by street.
